The virtual store is intended to receive orders for shipments throughout Portugal and mainland Spain.

The handling of orders for shipping at the national level is processed only by the virtual store.

Parcels are delivered within an average of 3.4 days.

We do not cancel orders less than 48 hours before the delivery date.

Shipping services are performed by carrier.

The shipping process that includes receiving the order, processing, shipping and delivery from the carrier takes place within a maximum of 6 business days.

Shipments by carrier are specific and properly packaged, with an average delivery time of 15/18 hours.

Shipping fees are calculated according to the area in which delivery is to be made.

Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Friday . There are no holiday deliveries during the week.

ATTENTION: in a week with public holidays, products are not dispatched to receive the day after the public holiday.

We are not responsible for any incidence if the customer does not receive the order if:

- This is not at the address indicated at the time of delivery;

- Do not indicate contacts for unexpected situations, or for rescheduling by the carrier to make the delivery.

There are no defined dates or time intervals to receive your order.
