100% vegetable sponge cake, produced with WHEAT flour, yeast, corn starch, aquafaba, bicarbonate, cider vinegar, xanthan gum, SOY milk, salt, sugar, plant carotenoids, cassava flour, chicory fiber, guar gum, sweet corn and cream of tartar.

This product contains GLUTEN and SOY.

Healthier option than the traditional one, containing more fiber, less cholesterol and saturated fats.
